Appointment guidelines
We kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early to make the most of your treatment time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us a call or drop us a message. We also require at least 24 hours' notice as this helps us offer your time slot to another client. Please note that late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge for the full treatment price.
We always strive to accommodate you if you're running late, but please understand that this may not always be feasible. If we cannot proceed with your appointment, you will be charged for the service, as this affects our business's time and revenue.

No shows & deposits
No shows
We are a small service-based business and we need to protect ourselves against clients not showing up for appointments due to the impact it has on us. We do charge for the full cost of a missed appointment where no cancellation notice was received.
Deposits
We don’t require deposits for individual bookings, allowing you to easily make multiple future appointments with us. You can also reschedule your appointment without charge as long as it’s not within the 24-hour window prior to your appointment.
However, our booking software will securely hold your card details, and if you cancel within that timeframe or fail to show up, the full amount of the booking will be charged. Thank you for your understanding!
Patch testing and nail care
Patch Tests
Patch tests are extremely important to us, and we have strict requirements in place to help you avoid any adverse reactions. Please remember to schedule your patch test at least 48 hours before your treatment, even if you've had one done elsewhere. Your safety is our priority!
Nail Care and Young Nails
We recommend waiting 2-3 weeks between removals or infills, whether you have overlays, extensions, or just a classic gel manicure. This timeframe ensures you achieve the best results from your treatments while protecting the integrity of your nails.
We do not provide any tinting or gel nail services to anyone under the age of 16, as we believe young nails deserve the time they need to grow and develop.
