Terms and Conditions: Updated November 2024

1. Introduction
By purchasing our services, products, gift vouchers, or scheduling an appointment, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please refrain from using our services or purchasing our products or vouchers.

2. Gift Vouchers
2.1 Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise. They can be redeemed for any treatment or product, subject to availability. If you encounter any issues using your voucher within this timeframe, please contact us.

2.2 Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2.3 We will attempt to replace lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers, provided you have the original receipt.

3. Deposits
3.1 We do not require deposits for individual bookings, allowing you to easily schedule multiple future appointments with us.

3.2 You may reschedule your appointment without charge, provided it is not within the 24-hour cancellation window.
3.3 Our booking software will securely hold your card details.

4. Refusal of Service
4.1 We reserve the right to refuse service to clients with three or more No Show appointments.

4.2 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone causing stress, harm, or harassment to our team.

5. Cancellations
5.1 Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice, if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time or fail to show up, the full amount of the booking will be charged to your card.

5.2 If you’re running late, please inform us. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee your full treatment time if we have subsequent appointments.

5.3 While we strive to reschedule your appointment, No Show appointments will always incur a charge for the full service value.

6. Complaints
6.1 We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve any issues promptly.

6.3 We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 days.

7. Service and Product Sales
7.1 All services and products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or product without prior notice.

7.2 Prices are subject to change without notice.

8. Appointment Changes or Cancellations
8.1 We will try our hardest not to change your appointment, but this may be necessary due to staff sickness or other unforeseen circumstances. We will work together to find an alternative time or day.

8.2 We will only move clients as a last resort and will always treat our clients with the upmost respect. We ask that clients treat us with the same manner.

9. Liability
9.1 We are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from our services or products, unless due to our negligence.

10. Allergies and Reactions
10.1 Allergies and reactions can occur at any time and may be triggered by various factors.

10.2 If you experience an allergy to any products used in our salon, please inform us immediately.

10.3 We will work with you to identify the allergen or provide aftercare advice as needed.

10.4 An allergic reaction may require medical attention.

11. Consultations
11.1 Consultations are essential in the beauty industry to ensure safe treatment.

11.2 Consultation forms must be completed honestly and accurately.

12. Patch Testing
12.1 Patch testing is mandatory for tinting services, and we will not perform these services without a valid patch test.

12.2 We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a patch test has not been conducted.

12.3 Patch tests must be done 48 hours prior to treatment.

12.4 Please inform us of any irritation or sensitivity during the patch test.

12.5 Allergic reactions to tints can be severe. We conduct patch tests to protect both our clients and our business.

13. Group Bookings/Private Parties

13.1Group bookings require a 50% deposit paid two weeks prior to the event.

13.2 Each individual must be booked under their own name.

13.3 Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring consultation forms are completed for under 16's

13.4 Services will not be performed on anyone without a completed consultation/consent form.

14. Age Restrictions
14.1 Gel nail services will not be provided to anyone under 16.

14.2 Tinting services will not be provided to anyone under 16.

14.2 Waxing services are available for clients over 12 but must have parent or guardian present for those under 16.

15. Privacy
15.1 We respect your privacy. Personal data collected during your visit or use of our services will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.

16. Rewards
16.1 Rewards are earned based on service or product purchases.

16.2 A reward of £7 is given after spending £240.

16.3 Partial redemption is not allowed.

17. Amendment of Terms

17.1We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will become effective once they are published on our website.

Your continued use of our services, purchase of our products or gift vouchers constitutes acceptance of these Terms as amended.
